Philinsure was appointed the exclusive insurance broker for the “South Luzon Expressway Extension and Rehabilitation Project” being undertaken by MTD Sdn Bhd. of Malaysia. The 36 month project has a contract value of over US$300,000,000. Other significant new business acquisitions in 2007 are the 360MW Magat HydroPower Plant owned by SN-Aboitiz Power, and the construction of 80MW of hydropower plants in Davao City.
